Passover Ministries Offers various kinds of training to the Body of believers and to the world. We believe that offering the basic truths of the Lord in a secular format opens the door to sharing the Good News as well as allows us to live out our beliefs before the members of our communities.
The purpose of the training we offer is very simple. We desire to have every believer posses the faith to trust in the Lord’s ability to respond to their prayers
We encourage the understanding that each and every believer is a Priest unto the Lord. We read 1st Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. The thread of this website is to understand Priesthood and it’s form of expression in our New Testament time frame. We believe in the need to fulfill the desire by St. Paul as expressed in 2nd Timothy 1:8 that this is a call to all believers to become a royal priesthood as mentioned in the scripture above. Ref: 1st Timothy 1:8 I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing. Or we can say the same thing in the format of a simple question. That question is ……… “As a believer, will you pass the priest test? “ This is a biblical test that has been given by the Lord to various believers to reveal their heart attitude towards the things of the Lord. The test we are referring to is one that was recorded several times in the pages of the various books and letters of the New Testament. The first testing was recorded in Jerusalem just before the birth of the messiah. The second testing episode was immediately after the Messiah’s ascension to heaven. Here is the test: “What kind of priest would you be if an angel would appear to you during your prayer time and it delivers a message to you from God?” Choice number 1: Would you be like Zechariah, the husband to Elizabeth who was to bear John the Baptist? He was a priest (Cohen) of the Abijah division who did doubt the vision and words of the angel of the Lord, which appeared to him. This angel only appeared to him while he was alone in the temple as he offered incense and prayers on the altar of incense surrounded by the lampstands and tables of showbread. Zachariah was no more than a foot or two away from the large veil that separated the Holy of Holy’s area from the rest of the temple complex. He failed this test when doubt was found in his heart. His punishment as stated by the angel was to have his tongue muted until the day that little baby John was circumcised. See Luke 1:8-20 Choice number 2: Would you be like a Roman army officer named Cornelius? He was stationed in Palestine as a centurion of the occupation force known as the Italian band. He lived in Caesarea, which was a Roman Mecca in Palestine. He had an angel appear to him in his private time of prayer at home. The record states that he was afraid but that he responded in faith to the angel. He hears and then he issues orders to his staff and follows all the instructions he received from the angel. Read all about it in great detail in Chapter 10 of the Acts of the Apostles. This devout Jewish convert sent men to Joppa to seek Simon Peter and to get him to come and preach the first sermon of salvation to non-Jews. Some of the class titles we offer to the Body of believers to help them pass the tests of the Lord are:
Some of the classes we offer to the world are:
